Of course hi-hat cupcakes are awesome, but they get even better when the surprise isn’t only on the top of the cupcake, but also inside! So I filled my hi-hat cupcakes with mini chocolate pudding pies, which go really well with the marshmallowy frosting. Delicious! Here’s the recipe.
