It is officially PEACH SEASON! Obviously, I had to bake some peaches into a cupcake. I just diced up some fresh peaches, tossed them with a little cinnamon, and spooned the mixture into the cupcakes. SO GOOD. And while these are topped with cinnamon buttercream, you could also serve them warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Here’s the recipe!
