One of my favorite cookies as a kid was the Cyclops Cookie, a peanut butter cookie with a Hershey Kiss plopped in the center of it. Now I’ve baked them into a cake! And to up the chocolate/peanut butter factor I topped ‘em with chocolate peanut butter buttercream. I know, I know—I’m a genius. Click here to get the recipe!
