These little brownie bites pack a delicious peppermint punch! POW!

Here’s the recipe!

It’s November! It’s time to bake pumpkin pie-stuffed cream cheese cupcakes! They’re the most popular Bake It in a Cupcake creation and, quite honestly, they’re my favorite. Here’s the recipe!

Bloody cherry pie cupcakes! I just made a batch of the usual cherry pie cupcakes (recipe here) using cream cheese cake batter instead of chocolate (recipe here). Then put a little more cherry “blood” on top and stab ‘em with one of Wilton’s sugar knives. Eek!

Want to offer up both a trick and a treat for Halloween? Bake a brain into a cupcake! Gross! (And, since the brains are made out of marzipan, delicious.) I tell you how to do it in my cookbook Bake it in a Cupcake—it’s available at your favorite bookstore, as well as Amazon.com, BarnesandNoble.com, and IndieBound.org.

Count Chocula’s not just for breakfast anymore…. Here’s how to make these brownie bites with whipped marshmallow frosting!

Want to make your kitchen smell ah-maz-ing? Here, make these cheesecake-stuffed pumpkin cupcakes with Nutella buttercream.

In the mood for some Halloween baking? Try these brownie cupcakes stuffed with Halloween Oreos and Junior Mint buttercream. YES, JUNIOR MINT BUTTERCREAM. Here’s how to make ‘em!

PayDay candy bars, the candy corns, and salty peanuts thrown together in a dense, rich brownie. And if you’re someone who’s all “Ew, no, I don’t like candy corns,” try ‘em in this recipe it anyway. They blend really well with the salt and chocolate. THEY’RE SO GOOD.

Here’s the recipe!
